Actavis has entered an agreement with Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. under which Aurobindo would acquire Actavis’ generic commercial operations in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, including products, marketing authorizations and license rights.
